Surface Mount (SM) LED Turn Signal Kit
|

The SM LED Turn Signal Kit will fit all years for the Polaris RZR, RZRS, RZR4, Ranger XP, HD, Crew, EV, 400, 500, 700 & 800, all years for the Yamaha Rhino 700, 660 & 450, all years for the Kawasaki Teryx & Mule, and all years for the Arctic Cat Prowler. (SEE NOTES BELOW) This kit can be easily installed on any Side-by-Side (side x side), Golf Cart, Sand Car, etc.
Note: some like to customize their UTV with Double or Triple lights, order from the drop down box (BELOW) a) Light Options: Double Lights: 4 Amber & 4 Red lights or Triple Lights: 6 Amber & 6 Red lights.
Note: some like amber lights front and rear, order from the drop down box (BELOW) a) Light Options: Amber Kit: All 4 Amber lights or Double Lights All Amber: 8 Amber lights or Triple Lights All Amber: 12 Amber lights.

Note: the 2009-2011 Polaris Ranger XP / HD and the 2010-2011 Ranger 800 Crew use our custom turn signal switch (TSS) mounting strap. This custom strap will allow the tilt steering to have full range of motion with the turn signal switch mounted just under the steering wheel. Order from the drop down box (BELOW) b) TurnSignal Switch: 09-11 Ranger XP/HD (TSS) Strap or 10-11 Ranger 800 Crew (TSS) Strap.
Note: the 2010-2011 Polaris Ranger EV & 400 use our custom turn signal switch (TSS) mounting plate. This custom plate was designed to mount the turn signal switch below the steering wheel on the plastic shroud. Order from the drop down box (BELOW) b) TurnSignal Switch: 10-11 Ranger EV/400 (TSS) Plate. This custom (TSS) mounting plate is only available on the LED turn signal kits.
Note: the 2008-2011 Arctic Cat Prowler with tilt steering, you may want to use a 5" inch hose clamp to mount the turn signal switch.
Note: the 2010-2011 Kawasaki Teryx with the plastic shroud molded up to the steering wheel, you will need to cut some of the plastic to make room for mounting the turn signal switch OR use a 5" inch hose clamp around the plastic shroud.

This is a 12 volt Surface Mount LED Turn Signal Kit with 2 Surface Mounted ¾” inch Amber (front) and 2 Surface Mounted ¾” inch Red (rear) Super Bright DOT approved LED lights (no brackets required). The SM LED light kit comes with a turn signal switch, which has a pilot light for the turn signals and 4-way emergency flashers (hazard warning). The turn signal switch has a pull on flare tab for the 4-way hazard lights, an added 18" ground wire (for better grounding of the turn signal switch) and the hardware to mount it to your steering column.
The four Surface Mounted LED super bright lights are ¾” inch round with an attached rubber grommet for quick mounting. They are surface mounted LED's with a slim-line design for mounting in small spaces (no brackets required). These SM LED’s are DOT approved, meet the P2PC requirements for 45 degree mounting and provide superior light output. They have a Space Saving Design, Hi Impact Acrylic Lens and Housing and are hard wired with Completely Resin Sealed Electronics to eliminate corrosion.
The special LED Electronic Flasher has the 3 pin connections for LOAD, PILOT and POWER. This special electronic LED flasher is also quite, no annoying clicking sounds.
The kit includes: 2 Amber and 2 Red SM LED super bright lights with grommets, the Turn Signal Switch with an extra 18” ground wire with ring tong connector (for better grounding of the turn signal switch) and the hardware to mount it to your steering column, the special LED Electronic Flasher with mounting hardware, an ATC in-line fuse holder, a 3 amp fuse, the mounting installation instructions, the wiring instructions & diagram, and all the help and support you need from EZ Turn Signal Kits.
This kit can be easily installed, you don’t need any brackets for mounting lights, it does not go into any factory wiring, and it is a completely independent system that comes with the wiring diagram and instructions. Each wire has a different color and the wiring diagram shows where each colored wire goes. This kit was originally developed for the Polaris RZR, RZR-S, RZR-4 and Ranger EV. My customers have installed their kits on the Polaris Ranger EV XP HD RZR, RZRS, RZR4 & Crew, the Yamaha Rhino, the Kawasaki Mule & Teryx, and the Arctic Cat Prowler. This kit can be easily installed on any 12 volt Side-by-Side UTV, Golf Cart, Club Car, Sand Car, Dune Buggy, etc.
This turn signal switch has been installed on thousands of units, very nice and easy to operate. The Motor Vehicle Department and your local police departments will be impressed. Everyone who rides on the street, off road, at the dunes or in congested riding areas, should have turn signals for there added safety.

Total Power Draw: .20 amps, that's less than a quarter of an amp with all four SM LED hazard lights ON!
