In regards to open accounts with our company, we DO NOT set up open accounts or allow COD.
All orders are processed as soon as possible after they are received. We do our best and usually fill all orders within 3 days; however, because we are a small company, sometimes, it will be 4-5 days before an order is shipped, depending on our work load. We maintain an inventory of all our products.

We ship all orders United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail (2-3 business days for delivery). We ship all orders complete and shipping charges will be charged. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250. We only ship to: The United States, American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Micronesia (FM), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR) and Virgin Islands (VI). We ship only after we receive payment and shipping is defined as:
FREE Standard Shipping - On orders over $250. We insure and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping - We ship your order within 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping + Insurance - We insure and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
Second Day Shipping - We insure and ship your order within 2 business days.
Next Day Shipping - We insure and ship your order within 1 business day.

You can ask to return your item(s) within 10 days of purchasing. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Unless a return is authorized, any item(s) sent back will not be credited back and the customer will be liable for additional shipping to return the item. Once a return authorization is issued, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days and must be in 100% "sellable" condition. Returns for Refunds: Are subject to a 20%, or $10.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by us (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). If product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or credit.

Return Procedure: You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number before returning an item(s). E-mail Cisco@LEDTSK.com or call (623) 435-1337 with the order number, stock number and the reason for the return, to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Once you receive an R.A. number you may return the product, in the original packaging, properly packaged. When the product is received and verified, you will be credited according to the return policy. To verify returns, you should obtain a tracking number from the carrier who you ship the item with.
